Very straight forward process, fortunately , maybe due to the computer problem that affected the country, I was able to see my GP on the day I rang. Excellent service from Dr Rubery, thorough as usual, blood tests ordered, referrals to specialists discussed and planned. Blood test booked for 3 days later, Carmel was quick and efficient, no bruising! Blood tests starting to show up on NHS, patients know best site on same day. Very happy.
