Getting an appointment is becoming a problem first you have to stay in a queue on the phone and when you finally get through there are no telephone appointments available and you are asked to call again and it could be one or two weeks down the line before one becomes available. It is becoming increasingly difficult to see a GP especially as the doctors will not see you unless they have spoken to e first ?

Very efficient as usual , was seen before my appointment time! (booked in via booking in screen so did not speak to receptionist, though they are always very helpful ) Appointment was with practice nurse Jenni, who was very friendly and explained everything clearly.

Nothing on this occasion as everything went very smoothly.
