Always had good treatment with old town surgery. Dr Rubbery has been my GP for about 4 years and has been excellent with me and my treatment. I have had a history of alcohol and drug abuse but that has not affected how my doctor has treated me. 9 out of 10. Always felt comfortable.

I have to go to Star because of my history with alcohol and heroin/cocaine. I don't feel i am receiving a good standard of treatment. My key worker has changed a couple of times and I have not seen a key worker for about 5 months. The key workers I have had have been ok and I was seeing my last one every 2 weeks but it stopped suddenly and I don't feel supported now.

Having to complete and online for for non urgent is a good idea appreciating the capacity and demand issues on gos etc. I think the form could be easier to use and more effective. my appointment which was arranged as a result of filling out this form was quick.

More people to answer the phone at busy times. More details on appointment reminders so atm you can’t see if your appointment is face to face or not on the nhs app etc.

Clearly I'm pleased with the practice as the scores above indivate

I found the long wait in the practice for my appointment frustrating but realise that things can be delayed and schedules may be affected

I haven’t had to make an appointment for quite some time so put a middle answer.

Nothing today, actually got to see the nurse 10 minutes early.
