This appointment went as could be expected, the nurse said I should make a appointment to a see my doctor about another problem but at reception was told no appointments for 36 days

If I want to see a doctor before the 35 days I will need to call in at 08:00 in the morning as if it is a emergency

The nurse who did my blood test didn’t wear gloves during the procedure or sterilise the injection area on my arm when drawing blood. Though she was very nice and the appointment was straightforward other than that.

As above, better infection control measures.

Not certain about follow up from my diabetic review, will wait and see as results have to come in.

Need to go back to being able to book online. People can’t spend all that time on hold often then the call gets cut as you go through.

Receptionists need to learn empathy and patience. They do have a difficult job but the patients are their clients and without them they wouldn’t have a job.
