The Reception staff really put themselves out to help. When I've been stuck the Practise Manager has also been very helpful (problems with prescriptions, now resolved, by on-line ordering). GP is lovely and I can usually get to see my own. Only issue I have is with the stark and impersonal waiting room. Was so much nicer before. Don't know if all the chairs are really needed? Otherwise very happy with service. PS I am a very nervous user, don't like medical situations. So this is high praise indeed.

Receptionists not always as helpful as they should be, but this is improving. Access could be better. Not a problem for me personally, but I feel for people with mobility problems struggling through 2 sets of double doors. I wouldn't know how this could be improved other than making the whole entrance area bigger/wider which would make the waiting room smaller.

I often find it very difficult to get an appointment that sits my job as a teacher.

having moved a lot over the last few years i have been to a number of surgeries. i can honestly say this has been the most efficient one i have ever been too. all the staff are really helpful. i had an appointment one afternoon that i couldnt make on the day due to a crisis at work. i phoned the surgery and explained i couldnt come in the afternoon. The receptionist explained that there were no other appointment that day but she said not to worry she would do her best to get me seen and would call me back. in less than an hour she had managed to find me a time to go in the morning. Not only had she gone the extra mile, the nurse i was seeing was so accomodating and went out of her way to help and fit me in. great team work, great staff and a credit to the NHS

Everything is and has always been excellent. Efficient staff at reception being welcoming, helpful, cheerful however busy they are. Clean surgery. The doctor(s) and nurses I have seen are kind, caring and considerate. Prescriptions dealt with and delivered promptly. What more can I say? All good, good, good.
