Doctor paid attention to detail and is going to keep a check on my progress over the next few weeks. I went into the interview room on time and came out on time - 10 minutes. I wish doctors had time to give 15 minutes to each patient but this is not possible in today's world.

Dr Rubery is very good kind and interested. She listens to what you are saying. I am also very pleased with Sue the Night she is very thorough.

I have been a patient at Little Common Surgery for sixteen years. This is a long time and together with my husband there has been various health problems some new, some long standing. It is a busy surgery though my experience has been good with appointments readily available. I have complete confidence with the medical staff at the surgery. I find the online appointment system very useful. Also the facility of having a call from a doctor is important and comforting. With regard to the review- I have given the score of four stars as I feel that with most reviews there is always room for improvement. Thank you

Would like to know why the Saturday morning surgery was stopped. I work away from home and sometimes the weekend is the only time I can get to see the doctor. It's now impossible. It's good that I can request my repeat prescription on line when this system is working correctly. I usually phone to check that they have received it. Making an appointment is very difficult. They say phone on the morning you want to see the doctor after 8.00. It's almost impossible to get through as the line is busy.when you eventually get through all the appointments have gone. Communication is not good. I was not told that my doctor had left the practice and I now had a new doctor. Surely a letter should have been sent out with an optional of choosing which doctors list I'd like to go on. I find that because I don't know my new doctor and he doesn't know me, I end up telling him what I want and he usually agrees. I wasn't sure if he'd actually read my notes and knew what my problem was. Didn't instill confidence.
