I haven't had recent experience in needing to see a doctor as I have been under the care of the Elderly Mental Health Team, also have the number for the IBS nurse should I have problems.

Suggested improvements
In the current climate I couldn't have had better treatment. The surgery were very helpful when I had a problem with my Steroid prescription.

Absolutely fantastic service from the start to finish, reception personal very helpful asking the right questions to make an assessment and to redirect to the correct department, always able to get an appointment never a problem alway polite and really helpful. I also must say I have the best doctor in the country knowledgeable compassionate so approachable an absolutely lovely person I am so grateful and consider myself very very lucky to have him fighting my corner (Dr Williams) I have 100 per cent trust in Dr Williams. The NHS and my local community and myself are extremely lucky to have this calibre of doctor looking after our health. I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone at this practice for always being their especially during COVID where they continued to provide a unbelievable service Many many thanks Mr Bradley Van-cliff Bexhill On Sea

Hanging on the phone Is too frequent Getting repeat prescriptions is not straightforward Prescriptions ordered take too long to get to the chemist and sometimes never get there I’m too often made to feel that I should be grateful to get an appointment rather than understanding that this is a service I pay for through taxation. I now have to diagnose myself!

Suggested improvements
Let the app do all repeats. I have a heart condition and hay fever. In spring I want two different repeats. The app won’t allow.

I am so done with telephone apts and never being able to request to see your GP. The pandemic emergency is now over and hospitals are pretty much back to normal with F2F apts. If I request to see my GP I do not want to be told it’s a telephone consultation first then if they want to see you they will ask you to come down. If I decide I have a health problem that I want to discuss F2F then I expect to be offered this apt. Please bring back online apt booking.

Suggested improvements
Having to listen to such a long message at beginning of a phone call is frustrating. Shorten you message and please don’t keep moving the options about. Make more female GP apts available to patients. With regards to ringing up for results if the patient has a query with the result given please don’t tell me I have to wait 2 weeks just to speak to the doctor about it my result was incorrect that was passed on. Your extended hours GP told me they were not normal no action
