Was told to phone the doctors, I was told it was for my blood test results and that I needed a phone consultation. I have just been sent home from a&e ( today) and was told I needed to phone the doctors and get this sorted sooner rather than later. I phoned the doctors and they told me they had booked me in for ecg (which they hadn’t informed me about.) When I then went to ask about the blood results the receptionist was quite rude

Appointments are often hard to get in a small time frame, this isn't a criticism of the surgery I feel it is unfortunately throughout the NHS at the moment.

Everything was very good
