I came in for a blood test, Toby is wonderful and always gets my blood first go, and he is always just so warm and friendly. There was nothing about the receptionist that was rude, it’s just the system doesn’t always suit people and it makes us jump through necessary hoops. It world be nice to be able to specify a time for a phone call or be able to get an appointment from the offset, without the phone call first. Thankfully with my permission the doctor spoke to my husband, and now have an appointment.
