I came for blood test and Emma was very professional and kind I understand she has only been at the surgery for a few months but I think she is a great asset.

I marked it down on cleanliness as whilst I was sitting in the waiting room, there were two staff coughing and spluttering, saying how ill they feel and what a vicious virus they had. For someone like me who is immuno compromised this is not reassuring.

I contacted the surgery on Tuesday. I was told my appointment would be the following Tuesday which to me is an acceptable amount of time in the present climate. I was then given an appointment for the following day which is obviously Wednesday and by Saturday I had my surgery, but for the fact I’d eaten on a Friday, I believe I would’ve had The surgery on Friday, this is better than private healthcare. There is absolutely no words I can say to thank everybody involved and now my after-care is equally brilliant. I would like to offer my total appreciation to everyone involved
