Some questions should have a 'not applicable' I had to give 4 stars for services I hadn't used I went for a blood test. The nurse was fantastic.

First time I used the surgery as I'm new to the area. Everything fine for this visit.

I wanted a non urgent consultation with the Dr and the earliest date was 4 weeks time. Trying to get an on the day appointment seems impossible.

Make it easier to get on the day appointments. Ringing at 8.30 everyday is just not practical, especially for those workinbg.
