The receptionists at Old Town Surgery are very helpful. Like everyone I would like more appointments to be available to more patients but the Surgery are doing everything they can to accommodate us all. Dr. Rubery is just so reassuring in every way. The follow up procedures are very efficient too.

The screen in the reception needs to be fixed so the staff don't have to keep coming out to the waiting area.

It was for a blood test. The nurse was lovely, we chatted about Vinted.

The auto book in was not working, nor was the screen call system.

The surgery have contacted me to make the appointments on advice from hospital and GP. I have not had to try to make an appointment myself

I have been very pleased with the prompt response following surgery
