I am not sure with appointment system

I do not think my opinion will change the new system programmed by NHS. However, I am happy that in certain cases there was flexibility by the administration, doctors and nurses.

Relatively easy to get an appointment and taken early.

Can't think of anything that could have been done better.

I wanted an appointment with the nurse for a blood test and I did give them iver a weeks notice

More seats with arms for disabled people and easier internal doors to get into the surgery. The outer door is disabled friendly but it stops there
