With all the media attention regarding the NHS, my family and I can’t fault it.

I had a notification via my viso app to make appointment for a blood test I rang and the receptionist was able to book me in around my full time work hours. The nurse was lovely, all organised and explained why I was having the blood test

In the present sad situation of the NHS and doctors in particular, the receptionists do their very best .

Nothing really apart from the fact that the two technical pieces of equipment weren’t working that is the signing-in machine and the screen which allows the doctor/nurse to remotely instruct you to come to them. This just makes hard work for staff.
