Was called as soon as my blood form was on to book the test. Results were checked within hours of my test and a follow up call the next day.

Nothing. All was fab.

I have always found the receptionists very helpful, the surgery is clean and I have never had a problem getting an appointment.

I was called for a routine appointment so could book an appointment on line. Very easy. However recently I needed to see a doctor but couldn’t get through on the telephone for a long time. When I did get through there were no appointments left. I was in tears as was unwell so the receptionist found a way so that a doctor could ring me in the afternoon. Doctor rang at 11, was on the phone less than 2 minutes. Prescription sent to pharmacy.

- Reintroduce advance appointment system. - In line with above, introduce an online booking system for some slots. - Have more slots for telephone consultations for immediate or urgent calls for those who may not need to be seen. - Keep E-consult it’s good

First time I have been here, my normal surgery is the partner surgery at Bexhill. Very impressed at the professional and kind staff. The question about appointments really applies to Bexhill

Always a pleasure to come to either surgery, everyone happy and helpful. Can't remember when my old surgery was like this. What a breath of fresh air. Thank you all.
