I find it very difficult to get a face to face with my gp, if I phone it takes ages to get through, then I'm told all slots are filled, I have more luck using engage consult

By telephone the wait can be very long. This is too long for elderly people or those with special needs. It would be good if a priority service could be introduced for those who need/deserve it. The call back feature is useful for this purpose.

The appointment yesterday was first class. I logged in using the touch pad, waited 30 seconds, was seen (routine blood test) and left within 5 minutes.
