All the staff and clinicians are always helpful. As a diabetes patient, the surgery has an excellent record of keeping in touch with me and for arranging review appointments and pre appointments for all the nurse checks and blood tests.

Have a private space for patients to discuss the problem with a receptionist rather than over the counter at the front of waiting room.

My appointment was 3.50 but when I logged in at the surgery it said 4.10
