Everything was as I would like it to be. Dr Hughes was professional and understanding.

Would it be possible to place the screen in the reception area in a position where most people don’t have to twist around to see it? Over the reception window perhaps?

It was three days until I could have an appmt even though I was concerned about a possible dvt. When I got my appt the treatment was fantastic!

The strain on the NHS and surgeries is much higher now so the ones that suffer most are the ones I’ve been people who have been with the surgery like me for 30 years.

Everything was good. The Old town surgery is excellent. My doctor Dr Matt Williams is brilliant and the lady I saw today was absolutely great. She was I’ve seen her before. She’s she’s very relaxing to be with very nice person.
