Initially the receptionist jumped at me and told me to use the touch screen to sign in. A nicer manner is ESSENTIAL when creating the public even if you are having a bad day!!! Through experience I certainly know you need to put a smile on your face whatever!! She told an older gentlemen than myself to use the machine.He gor very confused and needed support from myself kindness goes a long way!! The surgery furniture and particularly the painted wood below are in a dirty scruffy state of repair. Never easy to get an appointment my doctor only works 4 days and is always on holday.

Suggested improvements
Train reception staff to address patients in a kinder manner. Maintain surgery to a good decorative standard or get a good cleaning company. If a doctor works part time or is on holiday in education a supply teacher takes over cannot doctors surgeries use this same structure. Surely it would mean less waiting time and more patient would be seen!!
