Everyone was very kind and helpful throughout. It was easy to make an appointment in advance with the nurse for my son's jabs. The use of the TV screens to announce appointments made me feel confident I hadn't missed someone calling our names!

Suggested improvements
The appointment was slightly later than planned, but these things happen, people do run late through no fault of their own, and practitioners can need to spend longer on appointments to give appropriate care, so that's not a problem! The only problem is the underfunding of the NHS which needs to be sorted at a government level.
