The light didn’t work so I was positioned at the end and edge of the bed. The sample pot was on the table the other side of the curtain so I was left with the speculum in longer than necessary for the sample to be collected correctly, leaving me quite uncomfortable for a longer than necessary time. The computer kept going slow so I had to stay for a long while afterwards till it worked. The nurse did her best and was really lovely but suggest she has some more support, better equipment and upgraded systems

Suggested improvements
Fix the light. Position the pot closer to the nurse to collect the sample and remove the speculum swifter. Use more lubrication and possibly a smaller speculum. Use cotton buds for the sample not plastic - it hurt! Update computer systems.
