Natasha in Little Common, who took my blood cholesterol test last week and blood pressure this week was excellent, very approachable and professional, delightful!

In my opinion the doctor should always see you to talk about lowering your cholesterol levels with diet and exercise BEFORE GIVING STATINS! I first got a call from a receptionist telling me that "the doctor wants to give you statins"! I refused and said that I want to try dieting for 3 months and IT WORKED!! My cholesterol level had gone down to 5.6 from 6.5 in 3 months! I will continue my efforts and hope to get the level below 5 in next 6 months.
