The surgery is OK but there is no capacity to be seen in a reasonable time. You have to ring up at 8am or there are just no appointments and for me I am often too tired from lack of sleep to wake up early enough. I am in chronic pain all the time and am exhausted. Its not possible to get help when it's needed. We need more doctors and nurses. I've not had a proper check up in years, not even a blood pressure check, despite being referred to several departments to find a cause for my pain, just multiple blood tests that show nothing. The NHS needs help.

Suggested improvements
Make the access to the surgery easier. Have a proper system that shows appointments on more than one wall - it's so difficult to keep turning around to see if it's your turn. I have a nerve issue problem and need to sit away from the droughty door, but usually end up walking up and down as it can be too cold. We need a new surgery, its heartbreaking seeing people struggle up the slope.
