The Reception staff really put themselves out to help. When I've been stuck the Practise Manager has also been very helpful (problems with prescriptions, now resolved, by on-line ordering). GP is lovely and I can usually get to see my own. Only issue I have is with the stark and impersonal waiting room. Was so much nicer before. Don't know if all the chairs are really needed? Otherwise very happy with service. PS I am a very nervous user, don't like medical situations. So this is high praise indeed.
