My wife telephoned the receptionist this morning, hoping to get advice from the doctor regarding her condition and also concerns about mine. The doctor phoned back fairly quickly and, after having the symptoms described, invited both of us in for a face-to-face consultation. We both had thorough examinations of the areas of concern, medicines prescribed, and further tests booked as appropriate.
