I have been a patient of Dr OByrne's for the last 18 years for which Dr O Byrne and his team of Drs, nurses Marilyn and Yvette, and the pharmacist Nadine and receptionists have looked after my family including my husband and four children from pre and post natal and emotional and physical health within the holistic context of family life work, studies, relationships and their pursuits such as travel and sporting activities.

I feel blessed to have the support of the surgery as a community health practice which has kept my family healthy and cared for.

I have been visiting Dr Deaville for approx 20 years now with a slight break in between but when I found where she was practising I didn't hesitate to join the surgery. She has seen me through a lot of issues mental health included over the years. The other Doctors , Drs Clarson & Dr O'Byrne are equally great and very pleasant and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend either of them as well. I never have any problems with staff and they go above and beyond. Well done Keele Medical Centre

My GP has been very supportive; he's very attentive when i would go on and on about what's been affecting my health and is very proactive in recommending me with various treatments.

All the staff at Keele practise are extremely polite and well mannered. The receptionists are your first point of call and they are always so obliging. The pharmacist is very helpful and knowledgeable and this is a bonus as other practises don't have a pharmacist. Marilyn and Yvette the practise Nurses are kind and patient. The 3 Doctors at the practise are also kind,caring and understanding. I see Doctor Clarson regularly he has been particularly helpful re:- my neurological problems and is very knowledgeable and takes time to listen and solve my problems. I would highly recommend the surgery, it is a centre of excellence. The one negative I feel would be the surgery is due a cosmetic make over.

I have only seen Dr O Byrne and Dr Clarkson here but both are extremely well-mannered and make the effort to listen to their patients. I feel well-taken care of here in a way that I haven't felt with other GP practices. I know when I have concerns about my health that they won't be dismissed as nothing here. They have been particularly helpful for me with mental health issues and contraception.
