I used the new on-line booking and I just need to get used to it. The telephone response to my request was both times and efficient.

I understand the on - line booking is part of a national program but it seemed a bit clunky and probably asked too many e.

I phoned up asking to see a doctor as I had already seen the nurse practitioner twice and I wasn't improving. I got an appointment that afternoon for which I was grateful Dr Clarson was really nice and helpful and explained everything to me and made me feel relaxed.

The only downfall was that I needed some blood test done ASAP and there wasn't any appointments until 6th August so I had to travel to Leighton Hospital

Outstanding service as always. Doctors are the best I have ever had to interact with, particularly Dr O'Byrne and Dr Laura who I have seen the most. I have nothing but praise for their help and guidance. Only wish phlebotomy nurse was more available as I have to go to Bradwell hospital for a routine blood test rather than the surgery as reception were not able to offer an appointment for the foreseeable at the surgery Only
