Receptionist didn't offer help with BP machine

Keele Practice do a great job of looking after patients under their care. Saw Dr Clarson today and felt I was listened to and got the treatment I need moving forward. Repeat prescriptions always handled well and feel they work together as a team.

The nurse was welcoming, friendly and gave detailed advice. The receptionist was also helpful and took time to answer my questions thoroughly. My appointment was on time . I never felt rushed.

Staff here really make you feel heard at a crucial point when you feel vulnerable. Explain everything clearly so you're involved in your plan of action and actually know what you're doing. Never had a problem with this practice they're amazing at what they do

Keele Practice is of a high standard. All staff are helpful, caring, supportive and PLEASANT, this is how all doctors surgery should be

The only negative is having to ring up on the day 8am for a appointment with a GP , saying this I’ve not had any issues getting one on the day , but would like the flexibility of arranging one , and book online like it was previously done but this is probably due to people not attending appointments and not notifying the surgery
