I am bedbound at present and the receptionist couldn’t be more helpful. Dr O’BYRNE phones when he says he will and more importantly listens. He really does get me. In spite of me being a fairly new patient, they’ve given me confidence. I didn’t ask for an appointment but was offered a telephone appointment for the same day.

Fantastic surgery. Seen the nurse, Doctor and a query phone call for dispensed meds all in one day. Always polite and helpful!!

Excellent practice never give unnecessary antibioticspro

Probably need more reception staff as electronic self check in is no longer available.This has led to queues which puts pressure on reception staff

I've been with Keele Practice for the last 40 years since I was a student at Keele University. I can't fault the Practice in any way. It provides an excellent, caring service which is delivered by staff who are always professional and who show kindness and respect. I couldn't ask for a better servicen

My husband's cancer was not diagnosed for many months because a locum gave the wrong diagnosis. I don't think this would have happened with the full time doctors about whom I have no complaints at all.
