I sent my medical motes off in September 2015. It is now March 2016 and they still haven't got them.
The only reason I have been referred for anything is because I had to drive all the way back to London and pay for part of my notes myself.

Always good treatment and fast. Feel involved in decisions and doctors and staff have a very friendly approachable manner.

Based on my experience of three years at this practice, I feel have to fight (metaphorically) to be taken seriously.
A health problem that I came in about in December 2015 is still going on and was not taken seriously when I first came in, there is a possibility it is now worse as a result.
