First time visiting the surgery today. Staff were really helpful, and doctor was brilliant and explained everything clearly and fully. Very pleasant first experience

As I work from 7am I have difficulty ringing the surgery for an appointment at 8 o clock and when I ring later there are not any appointment slots left. It might be an idea to keep some free till the afternoon for the people in a similar position.
