The staff are so lovely and actually listen to you instead of dismissing which is absolutely amazing. They always come to collect you and have a bright, cheery face greeting you. Lovely to see if you haven't had the best of luck or had a hard day The receptionists always try and book appointments whenever and wherever they can.

When it comes to appointments, it can be difficult especially if a doctor wants to discuss results with you from tests etc and there are no appointments specifically for that reason. It can also be difficult for students to book appointments especially if they are required to come in to book for one reason or another and they can't because it is either the winter, spring or summer holiday where they go back home to their parents or family members.
