Keele Practice is outstanding in every way.One of their many excellent qualities is the way in which everything is explained to you and you are never made to feel stupid.I have been made to feel stupid and irrelevant in other health care settings but never at Keele Practice.I have just been through an extremely difficult and challenging time and I don't know what I would have done with the care that I received from Keele Practice.They helped to put right what another NHS organisation had got so badly wrong,that organisation neglected my medical needs to the extent that I feared for my safety and well-being. Thank you Keele Practice you really are the best! ,xx

I really can't think of anything It will be nice when we can return to the automatic arrival system so reception staff have less to do.However,I expect NHS England will determine when this is possible.
