Keele Practice is of a high standard. All staff are helpful, caring, supportive and PLEASANT, this is how all doctors surgery should be

The only negative is having to ring up on the day 8am for a appointment with a GP , saying this I’ve not had any issues getting one on the day , but would like the flexibility of arranging one , and book online like it was previously done but this is probably due to people not attending appointments and not notifying the surgery
