We haven't been with the surgery very long. However I have found them to be efficient and helpful. I met Dr Protheroe for the first time today, and felt very reassured, my questions were answered in a very caring and understanding way. I did not feel at all rushed, and things were explained to me clearly and kindly. All the details of my recent tests were explained. I am very happy we chose this gp surgery. Waiting times for a planned appointment are quite long, but I expect this is the case Everywhere.

The gp website is not very good. It's hard to navigate, and details are not made very clear. Needs an overhaul!
