Brilliant GPs, nurses and receptionsts. Shared decision making and informed decisions for treatment even to the point of offering multiple treatments and educating about each one before choosing on one together. Only mark lower for appointment availability, I usually have to wait for around 2 weeks for an appointment, but that is because my regular GP is extended care and works part-time and I arrange appointments via NHS app. If urgent someone is always there that can see you same day if calling early when the surgery opens and if nothing available reception is helpful in redirecting. Prescription approvals are quick aswell. Generally referrals are dealt with very well and the GP went to an extent of calling the scanning department to check if my address updated and when should I expect a letter with an appointment because the number I've got from the hospital wasn't answered to and I waited for a long time.

Suggested improvements
Small complaint would be on having to do bloodwork at the surgery since they once didn't check how many bottles needed to be drawn resulting in me having to do it again since one of them was missed out and next time they didn't have the serum bottle I needed after I came in. It is easier to do this through referral at Bradwell hospital with many appointments available even on the same day.
