Good experience for a first smear test. Nurse was really friendly and made me feel at ease. Surgery was clean and good care taken to inform me and make me feel comfortable. Signed in on the tablet so did not speak to receptionists.

It was a straight forward process from a phone call. I was given the choice of date and time and the phlebotomist was courteous and efficient.

Getting an appointment is so difficult most people give up yet the surgery was empty on a Friday mid-morning

Make the telephone line more welcoming and ensure that doctors see their patients rather than offering a guess over the phone
