Getting an appointment is so difficult most people give up yet the surgery was empty on a Friday mid-morning

Make the telephone line more welcoming and ensure that doctors see their patients rather than offering a guess over the phone

I was really pleased with the experience, I managed to see someone & get much needed meds on the same day.

I find the receptionists inconsistent in their customer service but they were good on this occasion.

The need to phone on a following day to secure an appointment

Is it not feasible to create an IT solution to avoid the need for patients to ring again the following day to secure a slot with a GP? Surely better for the reception and prospective patient alike.
