Very good service when you get an early appointment

The automated check in machine was not on when I arrived, I had to wait to talk to a receptionist

Good experience for a first smear test. Nurse was really friendly and made me feel at ease. Surgery was clean and good care taken to inform me and make me feel comfortable. Signed in on the tablet so did not speak to receptionists.

It was a straight forward process from a phone call. I was given the choice of date and time and the phlebotomist was courteous and efficient.
