Kind and time to listen. Found dirty tissues on the waiting room floor. Got an appointment after a moderate wait

May be clean ing checked, also the toilet wasn’t very clean

I was able to get an appt with a GP but had to wait 2 weeks

I had an initial earlier appt with a nurse practitioner. He organised blood tests but I was not contacted about the abnormal results, due to global data issues and power cut at the practice, which is completely understandable. I chased them up and got the tests redone. But still wasn't contacted about the new results. Although they were back to normal I should have been told this and what steps to take next. I had to make a new appt with the GP to get further investigations for Long COVID. Your nurse practitioners are absolutely brilliant but there seems to be a breakdown in communications sometimes?

Do was friendly, professional and had time to answer and explain all my questions and concerns. No complaints at all, just praise for what is a difficult job and situation currently. Please pass this on to the relevant person, as I think this is often the only failure.
