For my appointment on Wednesday it was easy. Also made another appointment for a vaccination the following week. Neither were with a doctor.

Filled out an e comms form and got an appointment within 2 days, no waiting around on hold on the phone, nice and easy

None. That I can think of, I tend to stay away from using the doctors due to how difficult it can be to get an appointment, but the online form works well

No the hospital phoned and asked for a photo which I cannot do. HMC said they would arrange for me to be seen at the surgery for podiatry.

Yes train your staff better, I was given the wrong urine bottle and had to do the urine sample again. Double work and double journey what a waste of time and money and stressful for me.
