The nurses taking bloods and receptionists, are very kind and extremely helpful. As far as the Covid/flu vaccination programme, is concerned, they were very efficient, helpful and professional. However, to get an appointment to see a doctor, seems to be very long winded. Firstly, having a telephone call first to ascertain if a visit to the doctor is necessary. Would like to see doctor the original way, making an appointment to see a doctor.

In the last 19 years I have only needed to attend HMC for COVID and flu jabs. All went well each time. Thank you. The last 2 questions are not applicable as I have not needed appointments with Doctors. As there is no option for 'not applicable' I have chosen 'not at all'
