Staff friendly, helpful and very accommodating - rearranging her schedule so she could fit me in for my next appointment

The only issue was finding a necessary appointment before my hospital appointment but the member of staff who dealt with me found a way around this.

Only because it took a bit of time as I had to talk to a Dr over the phone first and then after that I could get the confirmation of having an in person appointment. But I understand that it has to be done this way and I was looked after properly and fairly. Thank you.

I don’t think you anything could have be done better considering I got a physical appointment within a week of my first phone call and my need wasn’t urgent.

The reception team were very helpful as I was over 2 months late for my b12 injection and they were axle to fit me in within a week .

I think the surgery suffers with the overcrowding of henfield with all the new estates built and being the only drs around

I was mortified when I realised I was an hour late for my blood test and the receptionist was brilliant!! She asked me to wait and see what she could do (despite the tech issues yest)! I got in with Di who was lovely and told me to stop apologising!!! She is always fabulous and when she's brought in if others are having trouble getting blood she's so nice to them too!!!!
