My meeting with the nurse practitioner Michael was very friendly and gave me time to discuss my concerns. The following examination was professional and he was clear in his diagnosis and advice.

Sometimes phone wait is long.
Had to wait for 2 weeks for an appointment having already had 2 weeks of discomfort making a total of 4 weeks before anyone saw me. Have now been referred to hospital.
When you ring up you have. To wade through too many “press this number” instructions. Then you can never get an appointment to actually see your doctor. You then have to wait for a callback. Then you are put on triage. It is always a trial to me.
