Very disappointed that HMC are considering withdrawing some microsuction appointments. I do need to continue with the microsuction 6 monthly as I get eczema in the ears and irrigation aggravates it.

The nurse, Di, was so kind and helpful. I didn't have to wait, very punctual appointment, very efficient. Getting appointments: often a long queue, waiting on the phone.Easy then to grt nurse appointments, much longer wait sometimes for GP.

I had bad conjunctivitis and was going away so it was fabulous to be able to get the ointment for my eye before I left Thank you

All went well

There is a dispenser at the entrance which says please clean your hands. The dispenser is empty. The same happened some months ago, when I last visited. Perhaps you would be better without that dispenser or without that sign
