I am ill with Covid. I rang before 08:00 in response to a text from the surgery to call for a phone appointment. I was told the return call would be 'this morning'. The call came at 12:30. I had been sitting in my bedclothes - unshowered, unshaved since 08:00 in order not to miss the phone call. Could I not have been told a window for the call? Even 2 or 3 hours would have given me time to get dressed.
