I always receive great care and service at Bloxham surgery. The staff are always extremely helpful. I understand the doctors are always really busy but I have even received offers of a telephone appointment if I was unable to have a face to face appointment and my condition was discussed and a prescription given.

There was nothing that could have been done better, I always receive great service

Having to listen to the blandest most irritating pop music for an hour while feeling stressed was really unpleasant.

I'm very pleased with the surgery and the vast majority of the staff I've dealt with. I have generally got hold of a telephone or face to face appointment when required.
