Appointment was arranged easily by calling reception.
The appointment was pretty much on time and achieved the desired outcome.

This is a very nice surgery with ample parking and a good waiting area. I saw a nurse who was very friendly and professional and did an excellent job.

Have to use e consult form
Suggested improvements
Would prefer to just be able to book appt with reception. Using e consult form is ok for me but I feel might not be as good for other patients
