I put experience as poor as I didn’t feel listened to and felt there was total disinterest. We didn’t seem to be on the same page however…I came away with exercises and some confusion that I needed to contact a consultant??? But I was listened to as I then had an email from the referral team so watch this space.
Had an ear problem. Raised with reception and got an appointment within a week to have ear’s treated

I am 76 and tend to wake about 9, I'm also told to fill in an E-consult which I struggle with. I am if old school and would just like to ring and get an app.
Receptionists are always extremely helpful as are the doctors and nurses.
Quick, simple and friendly
On this particular occasion making an appointment was straightforward but if requiring a doctor, making an appointment is very difficult
