Did take some time to get through on the phone to book appointment, but very helpful once I spoke to receptionist.

Even though the service was great when arriving. to get an appointment is a nightmare it's taken me weeks to get an appointment as I work long hours and calling at 8am waiting in queues for ages only to be told nothing available is very frustrating.

More evenings and sat morn appointments would be nice for people who can't get there in weekdays

It was a phone call from a surgery nurse (Jane). The call came on time. Jane gave me detailed information of the results of my annual assessment, and advised me on ways to achieve even better results. I'm afraid I got emotional at one point over the recent death of my husband, and Jane was very comforting and understanding. Extra to the annual assessment, Jane was concerned about the issue with my left ankle and, there and then, made a surgery appointment for me to be properly measured for an elasticated stocking.

I don't think anything could have been done better on this occasion. Thank you so much to Jane.
